Vivid Grid Studio LLC ("we", "us") is a small AI automation studio based in Kansas, USA. This page explains what information we collect when you visit vividgridstudio.com, book a call or email us, and what we do with it. In short: we collect very little, we use it only to talk with you, and we never sell it.

What we collect

• When you visit this website: this site has no account, no sign-up form, no advertising and no analytics or tracking tools, and it does not set cookies. Like every website, the company that hosts it and the service that delivers its 3D graphics library (jsDelivr) automatically receive basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the page and keep it secure.
• When you book a call: booking happens on Cal.com. You give your name, email address and anything you choose to write about your business. Cal.com shares this with us so we can hold the call. Cal.com handles it under its own privacy policy.
• When you email us: we receive your email address and whatever you write.

How we use it

• To reply to you, prepare for and hold your call, and send you a proposal if you ask for one.
• To keep records of our conversations and any work we agree to do together.

We do not sell or rent your information, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use your messages to train AI models.

Who we share it with

Only the services we need to run the business: our website host, our email provider, Cal.com for bookings, and, if we become your client, the tools used to build and run your project. We share information with authorities only when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep messages and booking details for as long as we need them to talk with you or work with you, and for business records the law requires. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

How we protect it

We use two-step login on our business accounts, a password manager, and only give tools the access a task needs. No method is perfect, but we take reasonable care to keep your information safe.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@vividgridstudio.com and we will reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.

Children

This website is for businesses. It is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
