What this site is for

This site tells you about our AI automation services and lets you book a call or email us. Everything on it is general information. It is not a promise of specific results, and it is not legal, tax, financial or other professional advice.

Working with us

Booking a call or emailing us does not create a client relationship. Any project we do together is covered by a separate written proposal or agreement that sets out the work, price, timeline and responsibilities. If that agreement and these terms ever disagree, the agreement wins.

Payment terms are set in your written agreement, and we bill by invoice. We never take card or bank details on this site, and we will never ask for them by email. We will also never ask for your passwords or two-step login codes.

About AI and automation

Automations and AI tools can make mistakes, and the services they connect to can change or go down. Examples on this site show what is possible; your results depend on your business, your data and the tools involved. In client projects, we build in human checks where they matter, and we explain how each system works so you stay in control.

Our content

The text, graphics, logo and design of this site belong to Vivid Grid Studio LLC or are used with permission. Vivid Grid Studio™ and the Pixel V logo are our trademarks. You may view and share links to the site, but please don't copy, sell or reuse its content or branding without our written permission.

Fair use of the site

Please don't try to break, overload or get unauthorized access to the site, use it for anything illegal, or send us harmful files or code.

Other websites

The site links to services run by others, such as Cal.com for booking calls. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

No warranty

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Vivid Grid Studio LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages that come from using, or not being able to use, this site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under laws that can't be waived.
